Katherine Fultz

Katherine is General Manager for both Buster's locations, overseeing personnel relations, hiring, special events, and VIP bourbon customers. Katherine takes pride in her hiring practices, approachable and empathetic leadership style, meticulous event planning, and her role as a young female leader. She has revolutionized Buster's inventory system, ensuring accurate stock for thousands of SKUs. She began her journey with the company fifteen years ago while attending Christian Brothers University and she quickly found her niche in identifying and addressing business demands. During her time at Buster's, Katherine has earned WSET II certification and visited numerous wineries in Napa, Sonoma, Spain, and France. Her love of wine country is so prfound that she even got married in Sonoma. Katherine’s passion for bourbon takes her to distilleries in Kentucky and Tennessee several times a year to select barrels for the store’s single barrel program. She has also explored distilleries in Scotland. Katherine has an affinity for craft cocktails, bourbon, tequila, gin, and champagne. Meeting new people and creating lasting connections over a shared love for a particular whiskey or tequila brings her immense joy.
